I’ll probably tell you to move closer. Then closer again. I might ask you to walk, to sway, to take a deep breath We’re not performing — we’re noticing. We’re letting the real version of you rise to the surface.
I’m endlessly curious. About light. About texture. About the tiny details most people overlook. I approach each session like I’m painting with light, adjusting and refining until it feels just right.

I’m not the least expensive photographer around and creating a standard Christmas card photo isn’t my focus. My heart is in telling your story with intention and depth, crafting heirloom artwork that will be cherished and passed down for generations. To get amazing, once in a lifetime images we do a lot of work, and this is reflected in the investment.
We’ll always plan but, when the time comes, having open hands, going with the flow, and letting the light lead us will make our time together so good and get the most authentic connections. Your trust and ability to be in the moment are the secret ingredient here. Also, we’re gunna play. If we don’t do that then what are we even doing?
Printed, hold in your hand, frames on the wall, photographs take your favorite moments out of the cloud and give them a real life on your walls, shelves, and coffee tables. They survive dead phones, forgotten passwords, and the passage of decades. They’re a time machine, you can incorporate into your everyday and pass down throughout generations.
I want you to feel relaxed and safe to be yourselves. To interact as if I weren’t there and to take the chance to indulge in all the affection you can handle. I require a deposit of the session fee at the time of booking to reserve your date in my calendar. Your total payment will depend on the scope of the shoot and the artwork you order! My average client invests around 1500, some more some less! Inquire to chat more about the options!

How do payments work?
Your deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made after the deposit will be refunded or applied to your new date if we reschedule.
What if we need to cancel/reschedule?
Weather plans can be flexible depending on my availability, and we can always make a last-minute call together if rescheduling feels like the best option. That said, some of my favorite sessions have happened in wild, unpredictable weather! Leaning into the elements often creates the most memorable, dynamic images. The only time I typically reschedule is when heavy rain could potentially damage my equipment or the weather is truly severe.
What do we do if it’s raining at our session?
Every session varies so much from the next. That said, you can expect these minimums for the following to get an idea of what you’ll receive!
Regardless of the number, I make sure to capture all the big and little moments—these are your memories, and I won’t skimp on preserving them for you. So don’t worry about limits; you can purchase as many images as your heart desires, and grab some for gifts!

How many images can we expect from our session?
After our reveal session, I’ll share your selected images in a private online gallery for you to download. You are more than welcome to share your images—honestly, it makes my little heart so happy! Just be sure to tag me so I don’t miss it!
If there are any images you’d like to keep private, we can discuss them before our session to ensure they’re just for your eyes.
Do you post everything online?
Choosing me as your photographer shouldn’t be centered around getting perfectly traditional portraits. We can capture some classics, but if you’re mainly looking for a traditional Christmas card photo or a quick mini session, I may not be the best fit.
If you’re drawn to imagery that feels more like art—rich with emotion, movement, texture, and whimsy—then we’ll be a great match.
What if I want more traditional family photos?
Typically, for portrait sessions, it takes 3 weeks to put all the final touches on your photos.
What is your turnaround time?
I’ve invested deeply in this craft — not just in learning how to take beautiful images, but in creating an experience that feels thoughtful and seamless from beginning to end.
When you hire me, you’re not just paying for time with a camera. You’re investing in the preparation, the artistic eye, pre and post production, and the consistency that come from experience.

I have never invested this much in family photos can you share more on your pricing investment?
I don’t! Editing is half the magic that goes into the creative process!
Do you give raw unedited images?
I always suggest whatever you feel most like yourself in. As a general rule of thumb, bring outfits that make you feel like you and that are comfortable to move around in. I love the styling part of this work so we'll collab! Anything that can show movement or catch the wind also looks great in photos.
What do we wear for photos?
Besides color correcting, I retouch impermanent blemishes, marks, and bruises.
I don’t alter any natural features of your body, such as curves or folds. If there’s something you’re particularly self-conscious about, please let me know—I want you to feel comfortable and confident with the posing and direction I provide during the shoot!
